Terms of Service - TrafficPunk.com

TrafficPunk strictly prohibits the use of unsolicited mailings of any kind.
Any member found to be using Spam tactics will have their account terminated.
All referrals and existing ad credits and affiliate commissions, if any will be forfeited. This includes spam sent to admin at TrafficPunk in the form of autoreplies or other unsolicited emails.

Sites we do not allow in our service:
TrafficPunk reserves the right to refuse any advertisement and/or website that we feel is inappropriate.
This includes but is not limited to the following types of programs:

If any of these types of sites are promoted, TrafficPunk reserves the right to immediately suspend the site, and all ad credits assigned will be deleted from
the account.
The decision of TrafficPunk in these matters is final and not subject to debate.

Additionally, websites will NOT be accepted into our network of member sites if they contain the following:

- More than one (1) pop-up window
- The ability to break out of frames
- Overall content based on a language other than English

Membership Rules:
TrafficPunk reserves the right to terminate a member's account if no activity has occurred for 3 consecutive months.
Any existing affiliate commissions,  ad credits, or referrals if any in said account will be forfeited. Requesting that we remove you from our mailing list will result in your account being deleted.

TrafficPunk members are strictly prohibited from artificially accumulating advertising to their account through the use of (but not limited to) any device, program, script or robot.

The member is totally responsible for the content of the URLs promoted in rotators.
Any rotator found to violate these Terms of Service will be deleted and the member will lose all advertising assigned to that rotator. The member also risks losing his or her account, all ad credits, affiliate commissions and direct referrals
if any.

TrafficPunk, as well as its administrators, partners, and sponsors, can not be held responsible or liable for any damage or loss of information of any kind that may occur as a result of using TrafficPunk services.
By joining TrafficPunk, members agree to use said services at their own risk.

Members have the right to cancel their TrafficPunk membership at any time.
All existing direct referrals and/or ad credits, affiliate commissions and future earning potential through our affiliate program will be forfeited at the time of cancellation.

TrafficPunk is in no way associated with PayPal.com, AlertPay, or any other payment processor and merely uses them to process payments for such things as membership fees and website advertising.
Furthermore, TrafficPunk will not be held responsible or liable for any problems, damages, or losses that may occur with regard to a member's direct association with PayPal, AlertPay (or other payment source) and any other aspects of their account.

TrafficPunk will not issue any refunds for traffic credits, upgrades or any other types of advertising purchased, or for failure to cancel services or subscriptions.
It is the member's responsibility to cancel unwanted subscriptions at PayPal, AlertPay or other payment processors. No Exceptions.

Member Statement:
I have thoroughly read and understand the TrafficPunk terms and conditions.
In joining and/or purchasing a TrafficPunk membership, I am automatically agreeing to said terms and conditions.

Spam:
TrafficPunk has a zero tolerance for Spam.
This includes unsolicited emails and auto-replies about biz ops sent to us by members. Do not do this, your account will be deleted!

If you are using an email verification service such as Boxbe, please add www.trafficpunk.com to your list of approved senders.
Repeated notifications from the Boxbe service to our administrators on your behalf, will result in account removal.

Communication:
In addition to our blog updates, we frequently communicate with members
via email.
If you are not receiving emails from us, if your sites are suspended and you don't know why, if you have put in support requests and have no answer, PLEASE change to a Gmail email address! We want to help, please make it possible!
Do not reply to an email update with support questions.

Do you have Google ads on your site? - Google could delete your adsense account if they catch you rotating your blog or site with Google ads on it in a traffic exchange. It is against their TOS.

Future Changes:
TrafficPunk may change, modify or add to any of these terms at any time, with or without notification.
